Eva is teaching the Sassy Little Apron Class on Wednesday, April 20 from Noon – 3:00.  Here is the alternate cutting layout for you to follow.  (Photo 1)  If you do it this way, you will have a large piece of fabric left over rather than small, oddly-shaped scraps.  Photo 2 shows the layout for the ruffle and pockets.
